"We purchased this system in 2017 (I believe it was) and it has never totally worked correctly filtering the iron out of our well water. My husband has spoken with the company and emailed several times. They have suggestions to try and maybe for a little while it might work but then we are right back to orange hair and toilets, etc. It seems like there are a ton of these companies selling filters on the internet.. I don't know if they work any better than "Clean Water" but apparently I am going to have to buy another system because I am tired of chasing a dream of iron free water with this company!"

"After having several issues with my old water filtration system (which was not adequate to my situation) and my well caving, I did some research online and through local plumbers for over a year before pulling the plug on the water store company. The website is well put together. Many instructive videos posted as well on YouTube by them. My issue (I'm in NC) is acidic water PH6.2 and lots of iron in the water. After looking at various system on the website I gave them a call. They recommended a water test to make sure I would buy the right product for my problems. I already had this done so it saved me some time. I proceeded with the 5900 BT 1.0 neutralizer and the 5900 BT pro-ox iron filter. Took about ten days to get all the boxes (10) as it is covid season after all and everything came from the West coast, plus FedEx messed something up along the way. So definitely not too bad! I added a spin down "pre filter with an automatic valve (well worth the expense imo) and added (per my plumbers' recommendation) another 1micorn filter after the iron tank (this is to prevent any media from filling my plumbing in case of failure, which is what happened to me 2 years ago). If I had not pay attention to the water store install video (paused it and carefully reviewed all items they had with the piping), I would not have installed a spigot followed by a shut off valve after my last filter. It is very important to do so! (for maintenance and setup purposes) All in all, I am extremely happy with the high quality of customer service this company has! Christian was/is my contact and he has responded to my outrageous number of emails (well over 20) with various questions I had along the way. Do not hesitate any longer if you read the Google reviews you know you found the business you want to give your hard earned $$$. Even though you don't know me, I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a filtration system! PS: I installed it without problems despite my hate in doing my own plumbing."

"I have referred many friends and family to Clean Water Systems and store. No matter what the scope of the project, they can always help to meet the end goal. Most of my family is on city water, the units for city water from this company are reasonably priced and are top of the line products. You can get simple to install countertop filters, or discreet under sink filters, any choice you can have they can meet. I have some other friends who live in the country side, and have their own well too. They had been only partially satisfied with other companies, charging them exorbitant prices. But once they contacted CWS, they got a reasonably priced system, that actually made their water pleasant to consume. If you want a solution to any of your water problems, I recommend reaching out to their team!"

"This is the best purchase i've ever made. I purchased this Microline TFC from clean water store a few months ago and their customer service was phenomenal. Demian sure knows what he is doing, ask for him when you call for quality customer service. I use this RO system for my sons baby bottles and my wife and I's canteens. The water tastes great and I know its free of chlorine, fluoride and bacteria's. Best of all installation was easy and took me a couple hours with a break for lunch.
