"We won an auction, paid in full, and showed up during our scheduled time. When I got there, the doors were locked. There was one other person that had been waiting for 30 mins. I call the number in my invoice and find out that the pick up time had changed and we were not notified! Katie mentioned that it was emailed with our invoice the day before. I pulled it up and the invoice still had the original date. My invoice did not mention a change in dates. I mention that I scheduled my appointment last night at 11pm. She said that was an error on their part because IT should not have allowed me to make an appointment. I expressed my frustration and was trying to tell her that a phone call would have been appropriate for such a last minute change. She rudely interrupted and told me to sarcastically " have a great day!""

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. Worst company ever to deal with. They are tied with Hi Bid and they sell you a service to ship items and try to get more money once the truck is there and tell you it is not their responsiblity to have the items ready even though they are bolted to the floors. When you tell them your not paying more they then leave items off the shipment to screw you. Do not trust these people."

"I have bid on many of their auctions and half of the time the auction listings are inaccurate or just plain wrong. Crucial items such as a control PC are listed in the photos and descriptions however at the time of pickup are missing. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get a credit refunded to me after they miscounted and oversold me several auction items. The phone number has no way to reach a live person and emails to accounting and customer service go unanswered. When a person finally responds and promised funds will be refunded by the end of the week, no surprise when they aren't sent and they again stop responding to emails. Terrible customer service"
