"I had to re review this place. I've been coming here for awhile. But it's been very stressful for about a year. I come in the morning when they open but they're always late. And I don't mean like 5 mins late one time I waited almost 30 mins. And today it's 8:10 and no one is here. The reason why I come in the morning is because I drop off my daughter to school and is convenient. But it's getting worst. So if your in a hurry don't try to be here in the morning. Update they been better 8-14-23"

Over the last couple years! Perhaps they are not inclined to answer Q's... re. only a Licensed Cosmetic should know? But a lil bit of friendly can sure go a long way where a hard earned $$ spent is concerned...just a perspective opinion, I tend to make choices on when deciding where I purchase my supplies . I'm certainly happy COSMOPROF has many locations to choose from when I often travel for my business. And they're open Sundays. A + for me!"
