"Had one bad experience prior but told myself not to blame the salon for one person not knowing how to cure gel Polish when I’ve been here several times and loved my nails with other staff. Yesterday I went in as a walk in to find myself leaving 1hr in a half later with this. Had so many red flags but tried to be lenient and flexible. The guy must have been new or something I’m sure he’s made someone happy in the past but I told him I had a work meeting with my company’s owner and he did this. 1. Didn’t get my cuticle cleaned up 2. Burned me as he filed my nail bed 3. Hurt me removing the nail tip after being glued and just tearing out with his nails 4. Made me wash my hands(this is a first) before applying acrylic 5. Tried doing an ombré to only see that he made clumps of pink and white on my right hand 6. Left hand; since I didn’t like the ombre tried to make it easier by letting him do solid acrylic and add gel over it all. Big mistake! In pictures you can see the underneath color of the nail 7. What shape are my nails? Because he trimmed them pointy and they all look different 8. He left my hands so sticky with dried acrylic on my fingers 9. Clumpy nails 10. The worst part! The extra unnecessary acrylic under each nail I’m the easiest person to make happy and I was so ready to cry I still tipped and payed the full $45 just because I didn’t want to make a scene and he did invest an hr in a half Guess I’ll start booking with Jenny since she has been amazing with my friends who are devoted to her. Do not be a walk in client and suffer a bad experience"
