"I hesitated writing such a low review but I'm still annoyed by the severe lack of professionalism. I'm a nurse and my time is SCARCE. I booked this appointment a few weeks ago via text as suggested by the web site. Day of appointment I texted I was on my way and an ETA. Once arrived the reception told me to text Shay and she would be right out, so I did. Ten minutes go by. I text again, telling her I'm on a time constraint. No response. Another ten minutes go by. I call no answer, no voicemail set up. I wait another five minutes and text again another five minutes then I left. It's been two hours now since my supposed appointment she confirmed a few weeks ago, and still no response. I mean is she okay? Either way I requested a refund on Groupon and will not be back. One of the few free moments I had now wasted. I'll be willing to change this review if I ever finally hear from Shay herself."
