"Unfortunately, there is not an option for "no stars" for my experience at Staples. I went to Staples this past Monday to purchase sheet protectors. I was the only customer in the store at 2:00 pm. There were two sales staff behind the register area, and both were talking about how to ring something up. I waited patiently with my daughter. A couple of minutes passed and I still had not been greeted by either of them. A sales staff from the copy center came over to ask one of the others how to do something and he actually left without acknowledging me, without even a sideways glance in my direction. My daughter looked at me and she was confused as to why we still had not been assisted. Even the other person behind the register looked at the one who had just left and he seemed confused as to why he didn't ring me up. I decided at this point that my money just wasn't good enough for Staples, so I put down the package of page protectors, and as we walked out of the store the remained salesperson said, "Sorry about that." I won't be back."
