"Whoever does the actual work around here deserves a raise, because the store always looks nice. Probably the nice guy that works during the day. The guys at night do nothing but use their phone, I have literally seen them do nothing else. I could find a better employee with my eyes closed."
"This 7-Eleven for overnight gets the job done at night, but thats pretty much it. The overnight person will rush you to pay if you take too long to browse. Usually he's just on his phone 50% of the time I come in anyways. At the very least, I can come in and get what I need at the very bare minimum On the otherhand, the staff members that usually work before overnight are pretty great. I've struck up a few conversations a couple of times and they get me paid out pretty quickly, so I'm giving 1 extra star on my ratings just for them. Overall, a good 7-eleven during the daytime, but the overnight is meh."
"The business hours sign say Friday opens at 5 am and I was there at 5:40 am and the still close, this 7- eleven turn to a piece of s××××"
"I went in and asked for a water cup. The cashier said it would cost 50 cents but seemed annoyed I had asked, of course I said that was fine and I’ll pay it but when she barley filled the cup I asked if she could fill it a little bit more. She then proceeded to tell me I was a thief and told me she would call the cops on me. She wore eyeliner that was all over her face and her hair was messy and oily looking. I will never come back to this 7/11"
"So I walk in to find a restroom/purchase a snack and a drink. I get up to the counter and am "greeted" with a foul look on the cashier's face. I ask him, "Hi, do you guys have a restroom?" and he says, "Not a public one". Then he asks me if I smell mildew. Thrown off, I ask him to repeat what he said and he says, "MILDEW, ya know, like when there's standing water for too long and it makes a smell?!" And I respond "I don't know. I guess". And I ask what he thinks could be causing it to which he responds "well I don't think it's the product and I just started smelling it" and looks at me. Like what?! I didn't even know what to say to that. I don't think I smell bad and I asked the person I came with if I smelled bad when I got back in the car and they said no. But that's really beside the point. Even if I did smell bad, that's pretty unprofessional and extremely rude to tell me I smell like mildew. I've never had anyone say something like that to me before and hope that management does something before he tries to shame or belittle other customers. This happened at about 2:50pm on April 15th, 2019. I will also be emailing the company. I wish I had gotten his name. There were many other people before and after me in line and he didn't say anything rude to them."
