One of the oddest experiences I've ever had at a place of business. Went to UPS in Montecito shopping center...whew! Complete opposite experience. Very helpful, meet all my needs with ease."

"Stay away. These guys are a problem. I brought in a FedEx box to be shipped and needed a piece of tape to close the box. The place is a mess. I am worried that the box won't make it. They refused to tape the box at first. Bring your box tapped - next time go somewhere else they told me? I was shocked. One guy told me to leave because they are not a "real" FedEx location and they do not allow people to use their tape. Then his buddy came out and said they would ship it this time. Wild."
