"This was the worst customer service my family has ever experienced in Marin County! We had some furniture on hold we were going to pick up today. I guess the lovely clerk Greer was not there but instead a conniving woman named Susan whom we found out is the owner was there gossiping with a humane society officer whom we saw moments ago outside harassing a young woman about her animals in the car (with windows opened and 56° outside parked in the shade). I guess this officer was on her break was not wearing a mask, was smoking & cussing into the phone when my daughter and I were window shopping & overheard her bullying this young lady. Because of the tension we decided to walk around the block and hope the drama would not be there when we got back. When we walked near the entrance we saw again that nasty officer gossiping about this young lady. It was a display of total disdain for professional service & appearance & it looked like these two must share in their collective hatred for animals. My daughters and I are Vegans and felt we would have to bring our business elsewhere. Susan must not have cared much for our business because they didn't even notice us watching their disguting behavior on display. What kind of place calls themselves humane and then sends these kinds of haters to handle our beloved pets! Oh the shock too to see a place we decided to patronize which sells lots of Animal skins but were willing to give them a chance and then this??? Blatant gossip & ridicule & cruelty towards an innocent bystander!? Sick! Shocking horror of a scene I will not forget. DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT KINDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A PLACE OF PEACE & BEAUTY TO SHOP AT!"

"Gorgeous eclectic merchandise! This place has great clothing items, both new and used, and fabulous home decor accessories. As the name suggests, there's a beach vibe to their selection, but I think it translates to a "California" vibe. The pricing is very reasonable, and in the day I visited, the woman who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable and easy going!"
