"Terrible. Online order says curbside. It’s not. This was a on the fly shoe emergency. So Then I go up to the counter because it’s an ONLINE order to ask for my CURBSIDE pickup, but because there is one worker and six people in line. I get scoffed and the woman working the counter is rude as can be to me for going up to the counter to ask for my order in front of people shopping in store. So why offer a service when you have no intention of fulfilling it. It’s 2023 and this location is stuck in the stone ages. Last time I go with FFW"
"Pretty awesome that they kicked me out shoe shopping for 6 kids and all because I had a target cart in the store. I can understand the “policy” but when you see me using the cart to corral the kids so they don’t make a mess in your store. I’d like you to remember that logic out weighs a policy. Congratulations my family will not return."
