Maurices

"I don't typically stop in at the Cambridge Maurices as I usually go to the one where I live about 15 minutes away but was in town and had other shopping so figured I'd pop in as i had a few things in mind to purchase. Upon walking in I noticed a few other customers browsing through clothes. Not one time was I ever greeted or acknowledged in any way. Not one associate even looked my direction. I overhead the associates talking about a customer and a missing check. I was within arms reach and still nothing. I spent about 15 minutes looking at clothes before leaving empty handed. The associates are not welcoming what so ever, but from reading reviews I see it's the running trend here. I'll continue to shop at my local Maurices where they are more inviting."

"I typically have a good experience here but yesterday I had the worst experience. When my mom and I walked in we weren’t greeted with a hello, how can I help you, or anything. As I was shopping and began getting more clothes, I was never asked if I wanted a fitting room like usual. I finally walked over to the fitting room to wait for one and I stood there for about 10 minutes before finally asking for one only to be told “you can just go in an open one.” I was never checked on while trying clothes on, my mom had to try and go find different sizes when I needed them. When I finished I waited a few minutes before my mom spoke up asking to be helped to check out because they were busy talking while putting things away to notice a customer waiting to check out. I was never asked if I wanted a credit card either, not a huge deal but considering they spent 10 minutes setting another customer up for one I assumed I would’ve been asked about getting one since I typically am always asked. We spent 40 minutes in the store when it would’ve taken a lot less time if we had been helped by the associates at all."

"I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup at the Cambridge, MN store on January 17th the items were delivered at 9:41 am. I go into the store and they tell me it's not in yet. I get another email saying my items are ready for pickup so I call the store on January 18th and they are still saying that the items are not there! I am so not happy!!!!"

"Went in today to order a winter coat and the two girls working there didn't acknowledge me. I finally said you don't greet your customers? One of them said oh sorry we've been really busy. Even if that was the case that's not an excuse. There was only 2 other people in the store. I'm glad I didn't buy anything. They don't deserve my money."

"So far in the last month or so I have gone in there twice. And the girls there are super nice and helpful! When they couldnt find my size in stock they ordered it online and shipped it to my house! I just wish they had jeans in short because all they really have a regular and long...would shop there more if they did."
