"Only 4 stars because I only came in to buy some Xikar Butane Fuel for my lighter which they do not stock. The gentleman there suggested I use Colibri Fuel which I had researched ahead of time so I know it is okay to do so. I asked for some traveling tips because I recently purchased a traveling Cigar Case. He was very helpful as well as another young man that also helped me with a few questions I had about mild cigars. I will definitely come back here because it is a very inviting place, great atmosphere, and nice lounge area. 5 stars definitely for customer service. This place absolutely has the potential for a 5 star rating."

"If I could rate this lounge a zero star I would. As soon as we walked in they looked at us weird, were extremely unfriendly. After asking us what we needed help with and we replied, “just looking” an older, extremely rude repulsive man, told us “get out I won’t have you in here if you are just looking.” The experience was horrible. I will make sure everyone knows how terrible they all were. Like I said IF I COULD RATE THIS A ZERO, I WOULD."

"I came in with 5 friends on August 28th and the owner greeted us, helped us find the best cigars for our tastes, set us up in the back room. He went way out of his way to provide soft drinks and to make sure we were comfortable and that the 55" TV was working well. I have visited several cigar lounges around LA and this one is the best!"
