"Not a single person greeted me as I walked into the store and looked around."
":) I love this location. They always help me when I have any questions. I do love their M61 products!"
"Interesting most of the positive reviews are from Local Guides. I agree with other reviews I've read here from other shoppers. This location doesn't have the best customer service. The staff isn't entirely helpful, or knowledgeable and can be distant and rude depending on the day. It's a beautiful store in a great community, just not the most welcoming to sometimes shop at."
"Honey, you have a great location, promotions, and brands in this cute store. I always come here to buy my favorite SkinCeuticals products since I live nearby. Last time, I had excellent service. In today’s visit, I feel all employees were training by someone, and no one seems willing to help me. Even their attitude was unfriendly. Like my visiting was bothering them a lot. Look at me like I’m an unpleasant guest. I love Bluemercury, But they need the new management team to retrain the employees in this store. I have some advice for them since I learn a lot from my business class 1, they should not train their employees while they were opening the store, if it does, please one by one. Not all employees together. 2. Be more friendly, professional. Even in hypocritical ways or faking friendly is better than make customers feel that they get less attention from. Nobody cares if you are sincerely welcome customers or not, as long as you present the way that is “friendly.” No Ignorant. 3, since you are providing salon, high-end products in Bluemercury, you might want to offer the service that equals the position of products that you are selling. 4,last and the most important : making customer happy which means making the CEO’s wallet happy."
"I bought the wrong product and needed to return it last weekend. Marsha and Lisa were friendly and professional during the return, even when the check out system failed on them. It was around 5pm when the store close and they wanted to make sure that we leave satisfied. Thank you for your help, great customer service."
