"this place is turning to be horrible . we been doing busniess for 4 years but recently there been a lot of shady things . they charge you out rages prices for a promo (free items) that u don't order but some how they add it and charge u for it . second they don't offer there specials and when u call back they claim its mistake ? but a mistake that happens 3 times in less than couple months its done on purpose . called their customer service to find out why been charged on free promo lighter she got rude and hung up on me . so over all goodbye philip kings the hell with that kinda busniess . all my 4 smoke shop in ohio will cut ties with you for good"
"My business started using P&K for our small humidor a year or so ago. Our rep, Marla, was very patient and helpful in getting us setup, as we were new to selling cigars, and she continues to take excellent care of us. P&K is the only vendors I use because I can't beat the selection, easy to use website, quality (always fresh cigars) and most of all, the customer service Marla continues to provide us."
"Be careful; Phillips and King International their services are fallen below standards. Phillips and King International does Falls Advertisement. Customer service is worse. Sales out of date products and dry Cigars, and they charge 25% restocking Fees. Charge for handling fees and signature fees ($3.00 for per box). Their advertisement doesn't match with their products. Had really bad experience (Enough). Now we are going to STOP doing business with them."
