"I called to ask if they had scalp treatments and the lady that answered the phone, didn’t know what a scalp was. If English is not her first language that is more than okay, and I’m proud of her for even trying, but perhaps a job where frontline communication is not your number one job responsibility would be better for everyone involved. I would have come to your salon if your receptionist knew what a scalp was."
