Synergy Cooperative/Barron Travel Plaza

"I'm suing you. I had a gas leak for years and each time the filler said he didn't smell anything, he marked no smell!!. Today I went to the hospital because I was sick. The smell was so awful. I have everything turned off and I'm in a room with a space heater with my pets."

"It’s the only truck stop with shower in the area, I got there at 9:30 pm for a shower and the laid behind the counter did not let me shower because the showers was all dirty and have no one to clean it and she could not leave the counter, told me to come back next day. I don’t know if she shower everyday but I do. Very disrespectful with was truck drivers."

"Shower is $10 Water is just hot enough A&W restuarant is good. When I arrived at 6pm the one shower was broke and the other needed cleaned. 2 ladies working the counter so went went to clean while other one helped guest. Staff was friendly and helpful but I was also patient and not in a hurry. I waited about 10 minutes or so and it was ready. Showers are nicer than most. 1 towel 1 floor rug and 1 washcloth provided. At 530pm parking was 75% full for us trucks. Truckers lounge looks decent but I did not use it. Parking lot was decently clean. They do have a fenced in dog run but needs mowed."

"The Travel Plaza has definitely had it's fair share of issues in the past with disgruntled employee reviews and overall performance in general; I won't deny that. With new management in place, issues of the past are being taken care of along with any new issues that arise. Keep in mind Rome wasn't built in a day. The Plaza is doing everything in their power to create superior customer service for you because that's what you, the customer, deserve. There have been several changes that have taken place already at this location to try to help better serve the customers whom they value greatly. They have developed a new rewards program for the customer with cents off gas/fuel purchases among other daily specials. The A&W in the Plaza has great food that's made fresh with every order. The Plaza's employees are polite, friendly, helpful and will do whatever it takes to deliver great quality service. Should you ever have any issues, the manager at the location will do whatever she can to make it right. Everyone deserves a second chance, check them out!"
