"We appreciated the Lazyboy quality at great prices. The owners were even willing to keep the furniture until our carpet was installed. Super nice on that end. However, make sure you know exactly what you want. There is a NO return or exchange policy. After one day, we knew that our chairs were too big for our living space. Even after one day and all the tags still in place, we were not able to make a change. We had just wanted to exchange them out for something smaller that would fit. That was not to be. Just make sure before you buy."
