"We always enjoy coming here for breakfast and beverages! The staff make a great team! The only thing we dislike is that when we order bagels they have on occasion been placed directly into the bag with other items, although they usually are individually wrapped. We appreciate your hard work and your attention in this matter."

"Man I used to love caribou, but recently I haven’t. After the other caribou closed, we had to go to this one and they always mess up our drinks. It’s either not the right drink or they don’t even add in anything extra I ask for, and I order the same thing EVERY time. The second to last time I was here, I ordered 3 drinks and every single one tasted horrible. Then when we called, the “Acting Manager” was rude. When we went to get our drinks, they tried telling us we didn’t even order anything that day. I have my receipt of my order so the fact I was called a liar baffled me. Today I went back and we overheard them in the background talking about us right after we gave my perks number. So if I didn’t actually order, how do you know it was me? Once again, the drinks were horrible, but I won’t bother going back about it. Pretty unprofessional in my opinion. Shouldn’t have to spend $6+ in a drink just for it to taste bad."

"Awful. After UNPLEASANTLY finding out the good caribou location closed over night and is gone I was forced to go here even tho it's always been terrible. The drinks are disgusting and taste like pine or pinesol. It's overcrowded at all times. Don't even try to go here if u have work to do. It's loud and overly busy and that is now even worse with the good location closed. Do you think your customers are going to continue going to a store That is overly busy at all times, there for baristas are rushing making their drinks, which inevitably make them taste like absolute trash. No sorry when a coffee is 8 dollars I'm NOT putting up with that! Why does it always taste like some pine cleaner is in my drinks here? Like, am I good or is there cleaner going in my drinks? I will never return. Dunkin has better prices by far and that is where I'm going from here on out. GOOD DAY"

"I'm not really a coffee drinker but I love matcha! So as the coffee places here in town started getting matcha drinks I've started trying them. I stopped here today to try the iced matcha with bubbles and a waffle sandwhich! So good. The sandwhich was hot and Crispy and the drink was so refreshing and sweet. 10/10 would recommend and will be back for more!!"
