"Sabrina Fett, the owner, ghosted me. And I've followed up a couple of times. It was really unprofessional. And since was doing healthcare for me, to abandon me when I hadn't done anything wrong is inexcusable. She says an LA Care customer service person told her she wouldn't be paid for her work on me. However, LA Care itself approved covering that and any work Sabrina would do on me. Sabrina just needs to show the authorization, which she told me she has."

The electrolygist worked an additional half an hour to make sure that every single hair was removed from my partners face and didn't charge a cent extra. She really cares about her patients in every step of the process, from putting pronouns/preferred names on the forms, to putting trans magazines in the waiting room. Everything about her service is very professional, and her office is clean and organized. Just an amazing experience overall."
