"I came into this shop for a new low maintenance, low cost nectar collector. I also asked about torches and when I tried the maven on display, the lock didn’t engage. No one wants a $35 maven that doesn’t lock- but she persisted to tell me that model’s lock feature didn’t remain engaged. I asked if she had tried any of the other of the same models by this point, she became super rude and self righteous telling me she was the manager and basically talking to me as if I knew nothing about her “inventory.” Super rude and totally unopen to a simple suggestion, condescending. I walked out. Looked up the model, guess she just wanted the bum one off the shelves or she really doesn’t understand."
