"Just fantastic! Greeted at the front desk upon an extremely late arrival by a super motivated and perky front desk person. She described all the new amenities and the care and money put into the new remodel! Couldn't be a better atmosphere all the way around! Will stay there every time I am in the area!!"

"Nice to find a hotel that takes dogs and is close to the Park Center when we go to Hayward for concerts. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our Sunday breakfast was hot and tasty. The warm cinnamon buns were a nice touch. Also the room was bigger than some of the closets we've stayed in with a view of the lake that I'm sure is even better in the summer."

"From housekeeping to the manager, everyone was absolutely AMAZING!! So nice and accommodating and the place is so clean and beautiful! Breakfast was awesome! We had to bring our 11 year old little Morkie with us and so leaving our room was a challenge due to her separation anxiety. Well, Patricia (housekeeper) came back after her shift cleaning rooms all day and watched our fur baby so we didn’t have to cancel our anniversary dinner. Talk about going above and beyond!! Highly recommend this place!! We will be back. It was our second time of many more!!!"

"My family and I stayed here over the 4th of July holiday this past weekend. The curb appeal was nice, nothing to write home about, but very nice. Once you walked in however, I was very much blown away. Very warm and inviting, would highly recommend staying here. The rooms and the service was excellent, and the front deck staff were amazing. I also have to give a very BIG shout out to Paulette who takes care of their continental breakfast each day. I have been staying at hotels that offer CB for many years, I have to say by far this was the best I'd ever had the pleasure of partaking in. The food was excellent, you never had to wait for something, anything to be restocked. Paulette is an absolute rockstar and should be given a gold star, and a raise for doing it all by herself! Thank you Holiday Inn, this location was more than expected!"
