"Waited in drive thru for 10 min for 2 double qtr pounders. Get our food and they keyed in the wrong items. Went back in the counter, no apology nor did they make an effort to make their mistake right. Bad service. Would not recommend."

"This was good the workers were nice like always but what I don't understand is every time I ask for extra pickles I get only 3 I tell them I'll pay a little more for them but they tell me there's a button for it so i do pay more but get 3 what do I have to do or say to get more pickles on my sandwich it's either the business or the people don't care I don't want to walk back in because of the pickles it should be done. I'm thinking I should try to sell burgers that I could make it would look better then this sad"
"Lady in drive thru was friendly. We had to pull over and wait for our order. It wasn't very long, but for a basic order with no special requests it seemed like too long. Update: this second visit was a disaster! They blocked off some of the curbside pick up spots so the parking lot was a mess. The curbside pick up sign was stuck in the ground pointing in the wrong direction causing confusion. I understand that this is a busy Labor Day weekend, but that should come as no surprise. Placing signs and cones more strategically would have made a big difference."
