"I couldn't describe a worse suit fitting than I got at Tom James in Appleton. I came to the office in person to get fitted for a suit. After being measured in all directions for a half hour, when the suit finally came it fit worse than prior suits I've rented from Men's Warehouse by just filling out their measurements form online; not what I would expect for the price you are paying here. After contacting my rep, I thought we'd have it nailed down. In fact, it took 3 more times shipping the suit back and forth to get the fit tailored correctly, and my rep was unwilling to travel to take measurements in-person. On the second to last time I got the suit sent to me, it contained stains in the collar, and arm. There was literally no quality check before it was shipped out! I ended up not having a suit that fit correctly for the wedding, and had to pad the armpits to avoid excessive chafing. After settling on a modest discount that I felt was somewhat fair, I was promised the entire suit would be re-made. I ended up receiving then finally, 7 weeks after the wedding, a suit jacket that fit as it should. But they took me to the cleaners one last time, and decided last minute to ship back the stained vest and pants I had worn at the wedding, when I was verbally promised a fully re-made suit because fabric matching would be tough. At this price point I could not stay far enough away from Tom James and the experience and clothing provided. I'm quite upset the Groom had spent so much money here and expected a far more quality experience. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!"
