"Highly recommend going elsewhere. Literally every time I am here the one worker Lindsey is extremely rude and unprofessional. I loved this place we often spent 50$ here on coffee and breakfast daily and we even gave all the workers each a $20 one time because we loved it so much and appreciated their hard work but we will no longer be coming here as long as they have disrespectful employees working for them. Lindsey is always extremely snarky and has no patience it shocks me she would be working in customer service. As a fellow business owner she would NEVER be working for me. I’m going to miss this place."

"Stopped in for a cup of black coffee. 1 cup of coffee. 5 people behind the counter. 1 car in drive thru. 2 people in restaurant portion seated. Basically empty. And so we stand there for 1 minutes. Nothing. Two minutes. Now getting humorous. I glance by the register to see if I missed it. Nope. Then looked over at pickup area, nope nothing there. 3 minutes no coffee. 5 workers standing around chatting. 2 customers standing at the counter waiting, waiting waiting. Finally one of the workers wonders if we ordered yet. Not a clue. And when I finally got the coffee, the server did apologize. So 1 star, not zero. Here's the punchline tho. The coffee was terrible. Undrinkable burnt swill. My stomach turned. Sad. So very sad. Don't waste your time or money here"

"The breakfast bagel was terrible. Only 3 kinds of bagels to choose from. No onions, peppers or even salt and pepper to add on. It came as a soggy bun that was really hard to eat. It all slid apart! Coffee wasn't very hot! Will never go back there. Go to Big Apple Bagels. Delicious there and bottomless coffee!"
