"Can pushing through an early delivery arrival become more consistent? Only maybe 2 employees( managers i think) will do it. Other wise it regularly takes 10-15 minutes to pop up on the screen before its even started. Other employees will say just to wait but isn't the whole point to get to food out asap? Especially if the driver is waiting? Not to mention it really hits drivers hard having to wait and not getting paid by time, making unassigning from Panera orders more feasible than waiting, even with the penalty we take for doing it. Even when it is the slow time of day this is an issue."

"They have my favorite soup so I was really excited to stop for lunch. My food was great. My daughter's steak and cheese sandwich had a terrible taste to it. She's very shy so she didn't want to say anything. I don't like to embarrass employees so I didn't go up to the counter when people were around. I decided to wait until we were done to let them know quietly. I didn't want a refund or replacement but felt they should know so others didn't have the same experience. We finished and when we were leaving, we waited at the front for a few minutes and there wasn't anyone around. We walked toward the back and didn't see anyone. We came back to the front and waited again and still didn't see anyone anywhere. It was like all the employees vanished. We live an hour away and by the time we got home, I had very bad stomach cramps and I only tried 2 small bites of her meat trying to see what tasted like "plastic" or "something torched". The broccoli cheddar cheese soup is always very good."

"As a constant, faithful Panera customer, I can attest Analis, Isaiah and all the other employees at this store go the extra mile to provide excellent customer service. My wife, a practicing Dentist, and I live alone together - no kids. We find it difficult to cook just for two. So we've developed a strategy to eat healthy carryout customized salads at least four times per week. They are always prepared to perfection. But also I am always met with a friendly smile and called by my first name. I've experienced other Panera stores, but this one is the best, most reliable I've found. I highly recommend it."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. $43 for 2 half sandwiches, 1 half salad, 1 cup soup, 1 Mac & cheese, 1 small beverage. Its spendy for what it is BUT frozen chicken on salad and no dressing. Mac (which is microwaved in a plastic pouch and put in a bowl) was undone noodles in a soupy looking broth. When I brought the issue to the attention of management they basically delivered the worst solution-focused customer service I've ever experienced. If you're in Appleton and want panera i would 100% recommend choosing somewhere else or diving to the west college location."

"Look at the tomatoes they put on their $17 turkey sandwiches. Soup was like cool sludge. The Fuji Apple Salad with Gorgonzola was dehydrated apple chips, greens, and red onions and cakey crumbs of Gorgonzola. $65 for 3 to eat this! Panera is expensive food for food that’s normally cheap the way it is. What we overpay for is freshness and quality and a touch of thoughtfulness for comfort food and to avoid other fast food. If you can’t give us that—no way. We would’ve had a way better meal from any grocery store deli."
