Tradehome Shoes

"I have been looking for the Hey Dudes Wendy Milky Way White (cow print) shoe in a ladies size 11 for a gift and have been hitting all kinds of out of stock in that size. I even called Door County and looked at NC stores I visited. I decided to give Tradehome Shoes a shot even though the website said that the sizes 10 and 11 were no longer available. Called the Madison West side store and talked to Nate, the manager. He found a size 11 in Green Bay-YAY, but it would cost $10 more to ship to me. I called the GB Store and spoke to Russ. He gave me the price and said shipping was free!! Bonus...any order over $50 is free...He wasn't allowed to take my order with a credit card, new company policy. Called the East Towne store and spoke to Eric. He provided the BEST customer service, just like Russ. He explained the change in policy and what I could do to place the order. Confirmed a few things with him, and we placed my order. I am so happy with the service I received at the East Town store, and will go back with any of my shoe needs in the future. Thank you, Eric!! Because of you, a young lady will have an unexpected gift under the tree this year...if I can keep them from her that long... :)"
