"There are certain places where a friendly attitude from the staff is absolutely necessary; at least in my mind. A shop for smoking accessories is one of those places. Over the years I've shopped at at least three of the Twisted shops in the Sacramento area. I've never had a bad experience, but some visits were less pleasant than others. I stopped by this store to get a question answered about a product I had previously purchased. The gentleman working tonight answered my question and then showed me alternatives. Im probably going to go back and buy that unit later. In the meantime, he actually engaged me in conversation and I spent more money than I had planned. It's funny how that works. This visit was better than the last visit to the antelope store(less friendly). I will be shopping at the San Juan location for the foreseeable future. Sorry I forgot your name young man. As told you, you are a good damn salesperson."

"Absolutely the worst vape shop in all the greater Sacramento area! The business is very unreliable when it comes to being closed during what is supposed to be its regular business hours! Yesterday I show up around 2pm to find the sign in the window saying open, but the lights were off and the door was locked! So if any of you are looking for a reliable vape shop, this one's not for you, go somewhere else!"
