Went in for bleach items to lift black hair and the staff recommended me a higher developer, even asked multiple times before purchasing if it was the right one. Fried my hair off completely!"

My daugther and me finally went, and yes we were totally ignored. I felt like we were bothering them. We still live here in Turlock. I think I've been their 4 more times. Different people but just about the same service. I wonder if that is a requirement?"

"Both associates completely ignored me as I walked in. Not one of them offered me assistance. I HAD TO ASK FOR HELP. HELLO. YOU ALL WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU DON'T LIKE PEOPLE. YOU SHOULDN'T BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!! Definitely not a good experience and I felt extremely unwelcomed. I will never come back to this location and spend my time or money."

"I get all my beauty needs at sally beauty! I went to the one in ceres and modesto but the one in turlock feels a little better than the others. The employee's look happy, sound happy and ask you of you're doing ok, finding everything. It has everything. Best place to go to if you're in beauty school"
