"This place is amazing and the wonderful people who own it are also very nice the service was exceptional and I would highly recommend at least trying the delights of this establishment if you live in or are visiting los angeles"
"Sammy and his wife own the place and they are so wonderful and kind and care about you. This is one of the rare places left in LA where it’s honestly authentic and wholesome. I love it here! Please try the Kanafa! It’s the best I’ve had in America."
"If you are looking for the real taste of Mediterranean cuisine, Baba Ghanooj is one of the best in west LA. The other great option is that they are open till 11 pm. Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
"Los Angeles needs more spots like this. Clearly family-run, and the food was fresh and prepared with love. It sounds silly, but you can tell by the preparation of a to-go order how a place runs its kitchen, and my order was beautifully boxed, presented well, and not an ounce of cheap styrofoam, which I appreciate especially from a small business. The sauces and hummus were even taped onto the boxes to avoid spilling in the bag. Small details, but they show you that the owners are thinking about their customers. I ordered the chicken kebab and a fattoush salad. The kebab platters come with hummus, which many other places will change you an extra $6-8+ for, which was appreciated. The fattoush salad was on the pricey side ($15), but it was delicious and considering the cost of running a small, family-owned joint in Los Angeles, I don’t feel ripped off a bit, but rather that this is just the cost of keeping the family-owned staples around and in business, in lieu of these overpriced instagrammy chain restaurants that keep cropping up. I’ll definitely be back, and look forward to making this a regular stop."
