"Literally the worst ever experience. I waited over seventeen minutes for somebody to even say hi to me. Which Highly unprofessional. I understand being busy but at least let me know. And then the woman in the pharmacy was extremely rude about it."

"I came to this Walgreens to pick up a new Water Pik machine. I decided on the flosser & sonic toothbrush, since Walgreens had a good price on it. And because I travel a lot and cannot take my Water Pik with me, I also purchased the travel size Water Pik. Am so happy to be able to keep my teeth cleaning routine. I can always count on Walgreens when I need health aids."

"Walgreens pharmacy has been very difficult to work with. I was going out of town for 5 months so before I left, I told the pharmacy to stop all auto refills of any prescriptions I had on file and they assured me multiple times that it will be off the whole time. Once I come back, I ordered one prescription and sent my daughter to pick up meds, only to find out they had auto refills back on and I ended up paying for additional medication that I did not need or order. So I went back to return it, and they refused to take it back & refund me. They also saw in the order history that I did not pick up any meds for 5 months, and they said their system automatically puts auto refills on after 3 months. However, in my Walgreens online, it shows on my end that my auto refills are off. They still would not work with me on this regardless due to their “system” and even took the medicine I returned, but no refund. They said there was nothing they could do to help me on this. That’s so frustrating and unfortunate, and also such a waste of time that I do not have. I ended up having to close mine and my husband’s account with them, and will be going to another pharmacy instead."

"This is quite honestly the best Walgreens I have ever used. Unlike my Houston Walgreens, this Delafield location always has stock of my prescriptions, calls and asks how I'm doing, and will process a prescription immediately when asked. They are always friendly and I almost feel like the pharmacists are my friends with how they talk to me. I hope they are doing well because they deserve it."
