"i’ve never written a bad review in my life but reading previous reviews it seems like i’m not the only one with an issue here. the girl at the pharmacy window today had a major attitude problem, i go to pick up a prescription for the second time in one day and even confirmed over the phone that it would be ready this time before i left. im pregnant/ very sick so leaving the house is a chore for me right now & all i need is this medicine at this point. so i get to the pharmacy again & the girl has an attitude immediately just over updating my insurance, ect and then tells me it’ll be another half hour which i then question of course. no apology or anything just “idk who you talked to but that’s our wait time”. *my husband also had a bad experience when he was here recently he asked an employee for help and she goes “i just clocked out, i’m off the clock” (which i completely understand but you can let someone know that in a nice way?) very rudely and just walks away. such a joke"

"Slowest Mf’n pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life. And good luck calling and speaking with someone intelligent. The woman that answers the phone there couldn’t reason her way out of a paper bag."

"Pharmacy is a joke. Stood in line at 7:30pm. They took forever with the people in front of me, and at 7:59pm there was 2 people at the counter and one in front of me. The lady in front of me and I were told they could not help us because they had to shut down at 8pm. Get it together."

"DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!! This is by-far the worst location I've ever dealt with. They are constantly cycling through employees, are under staffed and uneducated. I've had several issues with medication not getting filled on time, payment issues, insurance miscommunication issues and just plain stupidity with the staff. I'll stop rambling now and just say take your business elsewhere like CVS or Walmart pharmacy (You'll thank me later)"

"Usually the employees are very helpful, but there is one older lady that works check out you have to watch her she'll over charge you & if you correct her she gets mad. Had a very negative encounter with her, when i spoke to the manager she yelled at me and said what did you say ? So i yelled back I'm not talking quite & i didn't stutter you heard exactly what I said. The manager a younger woman looked like she was scared of the older woman and didn't say anything so all i can tell you is if your there & she's working keep an eye on your receipt and know exactly what the price is on whatever your buying."
