"Pick up service is ridiculous. Can’t keep their commitments to time slots. I used to manage this exact role elsewhere and did around 400 orders a day and never missed a time slot. What does this store do a day? 30 to 50 pickup orders? Store isn’t built to do this kind of business and it shows. No back up plan for call offs apparently or no sense or urgency. Don’t get me started on the inventory levels and the substitutions… is there a character limit to these reviews? And now after further review we didn’t get 80% of our order. No can goods, no bread items… and we get a store credit? We’re never coming back here. Promise!"

"Today is Feb 18, 2024 and whoever made the rotisserie chicken around 530pm was on point! Best rotisserie I have ever had in my life! I tried calling the manager to highlight the cook but couldn't get through to anyone!"

"Since their Kroger merger this store has gone down hill. The addition of dishes, cooking utensils and appliances only took out other products and shrunk the spaces of the food aisles to where they are almost unnavigable. The coffin lid started to close when they expanded the flowers to make moving between the entrance and the actual groceries feel more like you were being herded like sheep. I seriously wonder if this was within the fire code but I digress. Today the nails started to be placed on the coffin lid when the meat department was closed during the day. Everything was stocked but no one was there to work. I asked some employees what was going on and they were honest that it was about wages. This makes me wonder how much product they will throw away or attempt to quickly sell. For the prices that Kroger charges, claims that "they can't find anybody to work anymore" should also be followed up with "for what we are willing to pay". When will large companies like Kroger realize that people's time is precious and finite. If they are to sell their time for money, they want to get as much as possible. I will have to find other stores to go to now, this place is on life support."

"Avoid the deli boneless chicken wings and fried chicken breast. Last two times half was over cooked and also tasted off. 2 days before expiration. Really bad tasting chicken."

"Updated Review - 3/12/23: I added a few pics of the outside of the store. ----------------------------------------------- I already know that the grocery store should be the last place you should be buying sushi…. But there is another grocery store in town that has sushi as good as any Sushi Restaurant around here. So, I thought I would give it a try. It was not good. The fish was fresh, but the rice was as hard as a rock. I ate two whole pieces with fish and rice and had to stop. It ended up I just ate the fish off the top and threw the rice away. I had the Nigiri/Maki Combo…. Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Octopus, and Yellow Tail… with Wasabi, Ginger, and Soy Sauce. I would think twice about buying sushi at Pick n Save again…. So… 3 stars for the sushi. (because the fish was fresh.) The good news is the grocery store is 5 stars! Average of the two ratings is…. 4 stars!!!"
