"Unbelievable. Let my preface by saying I realize OPMS has had some production issues in the past. Someone was taking product off the line and replacing it with other chemicals. OPMS shots were being sold with no seal or a broken seal with no kratom inside. Retailers were aware of the ongoing problem and for the most part the situation was remedied with the manufacturer and it hasn't happened in months. Having said all of that, I went into this store for the first time because it was nearby and I was limited on time. I asked for a black OPMS shot (they only had gold available). They must have had an old batch. I bought the shot and stepped outside, sat in the car opened it, right away recognized the issue. The inner seal was cut open and the product was milky in color and odorless. Obviously not kratom. I immediately returned to the store within literally 60 seconds of buying it. I explained the issue to the dude behind the counter. He said "there is nothing i can do, you left the store". I told him that i used to work in a vape shop and am very aware of the issues OPMS was having in the last couple of years. I spent $20 on it and needed either another shot or my money back. He said absolutely not and eluded that i probably went into the car and switched it with another product. Like i was trying to swindle him out of another shot. He accused me of trying to get over on him. I realize this ghetto shop is in the hood and I appreciate that he may have had problems with other patrons. However, I am a customer that paid full price for a damaged product and he needed to make it right. I think $20 is a small price to pay to potentially have a loyal returning customer and to insure his business. This man was so rude and condescending. He basically told me I was SOL. I tried reasoning with him explaining that i have product knowledge and that he would be reimbursed by the manufacturer considering this had been a recent ongoing issue. He would not budge. I am furious. It's not about the money but the principle. Please do not waste your time or money. Do not support a retailer that steals from you. I'm disgusted with how this all transpired and am about to get petty af and blow this up."

"This has been a great shop in the past. Before? I would have given this place 5 stars..... But Now? Do NOT show up 20 minutes before they close. It really upsets the guy that works there. He is not afraid to let you know that your presence is unwelcome and VERY annoying to him. I tried to call before I came down, twice, and no one answered the phone. I feel like I really upset this person by being a customer."

"I had a great experience up until I had a problem he was very helpful at making sure that I had a working cigarette however in it fizzled out called the shop he said I had two of them. When I only had one I hope that he looks at the video what really made me upset is I walked up there with a bad hip I was down to my last dollars. I told him I only received one. So he's either going to have a really bad case of dementia or he knew what he was doing and said that to me. I'm over 55 I have no reason to to lie to him about the cigarette. I was very appalled because when he said he gave me two cigarettes I mentioned it again and he goes yes I did so basically he's telling me that I'm a liar very disrespectful. But I went down the street to the haze vape shop. I discovered much more of a savings there elf bar $22. I again was down to my last dollar so I bought a maxpin $14. So it was a blessing in disguise and I'll never step foot in that shop ever again it was a dreadful experience"

"Throw your money away at cigarettes & more. BEWARE!!! I’d like to give them 0 stars but that’s not an option. I purchased a 4 pack of juul pods. I opened the pack 10 minutes later to find one was less than full. I tried to call the number listed for “cigarettes and more” but no one answered (understandable). I drive back to the store and was told there is nothing they can do about it. I paid $28.20 for 4 but received 3.5 Pods and they won’t exchange it or refund it or tell the manufacturer they sold them a partial product. Cigarettes & More sold me the product, not the manufacturer. I bought them from a local business to give my community my business and so if there was an issue I could deal with someone in my community. Unfortunately this store sells "as is", buy at your own risk, you're sol if its faulty, defective or not as advertised products."
