"The staff is very friendly and nice. I love their products, which have made my skin feel smoother and people have made comments. The reason why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is their machines have been down for a month now. First appointment (this month Feb. was cancelled) I didn’t notice because I was at work then showed up but no one was there to take me. I rescheduled and had to cancel due to being sick then the next one my dad passed away and had to cancel that. Finally went in but the machine was still down. So I decided to cancel my membership ($250 a month and must do 4 months at least). Cancelling is easy within their policy timeframe. Pros: the various products they sell I do like and make my face smoother. Very nice staff. Cons: you pay $250 for the month membership but majority of the time you can only use it once due to downtime they recommend between sessions. Products cost $75 a bottle which is less than 6 oz of fluid (lasted 1 month using morning and night). On top of service or monthly membership they ask you if you want to provide a tip but when you look at the percentages it is off the value price not the actual monthly membership price, it will come up to around $600-900 for 1 15-20 minute session (15% is around $90). If machines are down for a long period of time monthly bias should be prorated if that was what a client was assigned for ahead of time. If you read through all of the reviews, everyone is complaining about the tipping process. This should be addressed and fixed by management and the percentage is off value price and not membership price. They promote this as a medical procedure, I’ve never tipped a doctor, nurse, or hospital staff. I personally feel my face is smoother just by doing the morning and nightly routine. I couldn’t tell a difference in pigmentation from the 1st to 4th session with photos."

"My friend referred me here so I came for the initial consultation and Signature laser facial trial. After my first experience, I signed up for the membership. When I finally came to receive my first treatment under the all inclusive membership that I purchased (which is quite expensive) I was told that one of the services (thermo fractional laser) that I was supposed to be getting that day is not being offered because their machine is broken and there’s no end in sight on when it’s going to be repaired. I signed up for this membership because it is all access to all of their services that they provide which is 3 different treatments. Now that one of the three services is no longer available, I can’t even get it, yet I’m locked in contractually to a four month agreement. I asked what is being done to financially make members whole now that they aren’t being offered what they contractually agreed to and I was told that there will be no refunds, rebates, or anything done about this issue, and they have no date on when this service will be back up and running. I was told that I could go to one of their other locations to get the service as their Thermo fractional machine is in service. However, all of the other locations are over an hour away from where I live, and I have no other reason to go to those cities other than to try to get this treatment. I’m not going to drive over an hour each way for a 10 minute laser facial service. It makes zero sense, and I feel absolutely taken advantage of and bamboozled over the fact that now I’m locked into this contract and they aren’t doing anything to rectify the situation. If I could do it all over again, I absolutely would not have signed up for a membership at this place as they do just seem out to get money and I don’t think their service offerings are financially competitive."

"This is my first time to try the treatment. I think I am being scammed, I found Skin Laundry from social media. I saw the price it was affordable compared to other skin care clinic. I made the appointment last minutes they took my appointment, it was great and my appointment was at 11.15 am and I arrived at 11 am fill out the application/ forms. Then they had me to wait 25 mins for the treatment and the treatment took only 15 mins. If you are late for your appointment/ cancel the appointment within 24 hours they charged you $25 but you arrived on time and they had you to wait 25 mins for 15 mins treatment no consultation (on website it's said 30 mins consultation) don't tell me the consultation it's filling out the form. I had the signature treatment $75 (first time customer) during the treatment, the nurse kept upselling the membership I completely understood that it's part of their job when you kept pushing it's completely annoying. When I made a payment the signature treatment $75 gratuity 8% @ $20, I am wondering how to calculate $20 at 8%? Mathematically, $75 multiple by 8% equal to $6 and total would be $81 end up I paid $95. Could you please tell me how to get $20 at 8% based on the treatment price $75? I am completely being fooled by POS system (gratuity) when I looked at the bill I know there's something wrong but I did not want to argue, I told myself when I will not come back again regardless the locations. Speaking of the treatment, it was just ok of course, you won't see the result on your first time treatment. Plus, the nurse kept upselling me that if you wanna to see the better result, you should come every week to do the Thermo Fractional Facial & Signature Facial and asking me to sign up for the membership and committing for 4 months. Isn't it sucking my money? If that so, I would go to dermatologist to get a professional consultant and suitable treatment even though there's a downtime better than sucking my money with ok result as well as being scammed with the price."

"I did see results from their treatments, especially the more powerful ones. However, I would be very careful about committing to any sort of membership here. First of all, it isn't necessarily a better deal to pay for a membership given the protocols for down treatments. Plus with the expected 20% tip on a $250-500 procedure, a membership doesn't save you much money. The staff at this location are wonderful but I would consider doing a la carte treatments instead of a membership."

"I didn’t see any results with their Signature Laser. Why would you call it “signature” if it’s your weakest? Bad marketing/product naming. So of course they tried to sell me on their “more powerful” laser which after some research I would actually become a member for. HOWEVER, the idea of each month paying 20% tip on a $250 procedure that takes 10 mins of absolutely low effort from the nurse (the laser does all the heavy lifting!) makes me sick. It’s the only thing stopping me from becoming a member. A one hour massage costs me $90 and I tip 20% because the person is working hard the entire time!! They need to get rid of tipping altogether, no one likes it and you shouldn’t be asking VERBALLY about a tip. Just put it on a screen where someone can easily tap “no” for tip without making it conspicuous. One day we’ll be asked to tip surgeons and airline pilots too… crazy."
