"I found a glow in the dark COD zombies ray gun on sale for only $29.99 usd with the discount code. I had hoped for purple but it was sold out. I went with classic red and paid for the 2day shipping. After 3 days of it being in USPS waiting on package i called the support number a lil irate. Got no where, called back and it was the same guy and he knew me by voice (Again, my sincerest apologies). He said he'd look into it and called me back the next day with update. Apparently the parcel guy picked it up from there, but USPS never delivered it. He personally took my package to the post office to replace it at no extra charge and updated the shipping for me. Plus they had gotten more of the purple in so i got that one. Just arrived today and it's amazing!!! Great product and great customer service"

"Lied about free shipping. Lied about shipping my order. Charges dumb CA taxes even though they ship out from MIAMI. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT: and they just literally dropped it off after my review and it will be here in another week. 10-12 business days...wow Incoming rude comment from owner.... EDIT 2: look at this guy...ok guy who reads every ToS. You guys told me it was shipped on Tuesday. No it was shipped on Wednesday after I contacted you guys and it was dropped off in-person on Wednesday afternoon. Y'all act like there aren't numerous 1 star reviews here. Definitely running on Miami o'clock. PS that shipping reference I made. Personal item I sold on Monday, delivered Thursday. Shipping is easy math...just don't lie to your customers over email."
