"The broads that work in the store will literally follow you to each isle that you walk up & down making you feel very uncomfortable. MAJORITY of their customers are African American so for them to continue to harass people in the store like that is beyond me. I will no longer be supporting this business. There is a BLACK OWNED beauty supply in suisun city. I definitely recommend them."

"I’m a mixed girl black & Filipino .. Went back to the store to return for an exchange on hair. I was able to exchange the hair packs I had except for one that was the fro water wave style while the others were a different hair texture style. I was told it’s been touched so it can’t be returned when I’ve never opened up any of the hair packets to begin with. This was a huge inconvenience and I was accused for something I didn’t do… that hair has already a frizzy texture to it… I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life until visiting this beauty supply store . They’ve lost a valuable customer and I’m now taking my business with online shopping. They give off a very racist energy"

"Do not go here!! The owners create a hostile shopping environment. They follow me around while I shop, and are overall very unfriendly. Today while paying, I was told by one of the owners to input my PIN number, though I didn’t hear her at first and the machine did not prompt me to do so, so I didn’t. When she had to re-do the transaction, she was angrily telling me she told me to put my pin, in front of other customers already present. While they have products that I need for my hair type, I never felt welcomed here as a customer, and I certainty won’t be coming back."
