"They like to haggle you here and don’t give a great haircut. I had to explain to the lady a million times since she wanted to cut every corner to not cut my hair but charge for touching it.50 bucks for a haircut with no hair wash or blowout. Not worth it and will leave you looking like a ogar."

"I’ve been to Kim’s for nail services and really think it’s a great business with nice staff so today I decided to get a haircut and that I regret. I just walked out, got in my car and cried my eyes out. When I go to get my hair cut I expect a stylist to ask me what my goals are with my hair, what I’m looking for.. do I have a picture of what I want the outcome to be and that didn’t happen. When I pay for a style I want the stylist to ask me what style I want and if they stylist doesn’t know how to do it (beach waves) just say that. I look like an absolute fool with the style I was given and I have a very important occasion tonight that I’m too embarrassed to show up to because my “beach waves” are way too tight and I look like a curly clown. I really think this is a learning opportunity for Kim’s stylists. Talk to your clients, ask them what they want! Women want to leave a salon feeling great, not like they look like an idiot and regretting coming there and wasting $100 because they looked better before they came. My outcome could have been totally different if my stylist just talked to me and asked me what i wanted. I would also recommend understanding what loose beach waves means. It doesn’t mean tight Shirley temple curls, it means loose waves. I wasted my time, my money and now my evening plans and to be honest I deeply regret going to Kim’s to get a hair trim and style :("

Everyone is so friendly and my nails always turn out beautiful! Kim's Salon & Spa has wonderful customer service. This nail salon has a great selection of gel polish colors that last a long time."
