"I hate it when the employees stand outside of the entrance and smoke so everyone has to walk through their smoke to enter or exit the store. Also, we have left the store with items on the counter because we couldn’t get anyone to check us out. Some of the staff lacks personality and act like they are unhappy they have to be working there."
