"This shop is ran horribly. I had a horrible experience with a staff member. I had came to the store and as I walked up to the shop, a staff member locked the door. I proceeded to wait 13 min for him to use the restroom/have personal time. I had noticed a friend of his in the parking lot (who was walking out of the shop as I walked up) keeping an eye on me from behind a car. I decided to go back in my car and leave, immediately upon my exit of the parking lot, the friend who was spying on me from behind a car proceeded to walk up to the shop and go in. I then turned around to grab what I came for real quick. When I walked in I proceeded to ask the employee why he had waited till I left to open the shop again. He then came out from behind the counter & continued to yell at me about nonsense. I was able to complete my transaction after I calmed him down. However, this remains the worst experience I've ever had at any store, ever."

"Super great prices on tobacco/glass. The shop had a mini make over. They have name brand glass, fronto leaves, cookie trays, a huge selection of smok and aspire and like the best prices on them literally. Ive been checking other smoke shops around studio city.. Also their employees are really friendly with great customer service. If your in the area or you need to get them frontos that nowhere else has, this is definitely the spot to check out!!"

"Called here about a month ago to get a price for a vape i wanted. Was quoted a price and when I went in a few hours later it was $25 more. When I asked why the price was cheaper over the phone I was told they weren't aware of that and they weren't willing to discount more than $10. Ok whatever no problem I just went elsewhere close by and got it even cheaper than their quoted phone price. Maybe he was a new employee and had no idea what he was doing but the owner should really look into leaving his business to be run by a young wannabe thug that has no knowledge."

"One of the most reasonable priced smoke shop I have seen in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, that I have seen. My total was probably 10$ less (bill was 50$). It is a very small detor from the 101 too. Just hop off the freeway and back on. Service was very pleasant. Just one comment for all smoke shops: your employees should know what the products they are selling are, and their names."
