"Overpriced vape coils. Needed a new voodoo pnp coil. He sells the coils 6.99 a piece when the MOST I've seen them priced per 5pack is 12.99. He literally takes then out of the box and separates then with scissors. Kinda like selling loose cigarettes. Not sure if it's entirely legal but I'm definitely not coming back"

"This place is like the Bloomingdale's of Smoke Shops. The array of pipes, bongs, lighters, incense burners, tobacco products, etc. is dazzling. My only suggestion would be to extend their hours to midnight instead of 9pm. Friendly couple of guys run the joint, always in the know regarding their products, always polite. The area is somewhat grungy and some shady, homeless types tend to loiter outside the door asking for change and/or anything else you might have handy (one guy, wearing only a giant housecoat apparently, asked if I could buy him some Rhino pills while I was in there - hope springs eternal). But in the final analysis this is the Smoke Shop of your dreams. Five stars!"
"Told me he didn't accept manufacturer's coupons "because he doesn't have a contract with the company." I know how retail sales works. This guy is as full of s#=+ as it gets. Lazy, unethical, and nearly all his stock is overpriced. Don't buy a thing from this over-the-counter criminal. True dirt bag. If I could give him zero stars, I would."
"I've been dealing with these folks for years and they go out of their way to please and to be pleasant; and the prices can't be beat. I smoke an odd brand they normally don't carry and they always make sure to keep it in stock. I have several smoke shops closer to my home, but make the trip to BZB because they're the best. Usually the people working in smoke shops are impatient, impolite, impotent and any other negative "im" you can think of, but not these guys."
