"Staff are friendly and most times when I call in, I can get a service appointment just a few days out instead of weeks like other dealerships. In past years, if a major service repair was needed, they were reasonable in cost. However, I really only go to them for the fast oil changes now days. 2022, had them do a reprogram for the Ford AdvanceTrac which operates the electronic stability system for control in difficult road conditions (ice, snow, off road, mud, extra). Charged $144 for 8 minutes of labor and it wasn't fixed, the system failed again days later. End of 2023, had them do a oil change. Told them that the check engine light was on due to aftermarket engine performance air system effecting sensors. Normally I use my ANCEL AD310 Universal OBD II Scanner Car Engine Fault Code Reader Diagnostic Scan Tool to reset the codes but figured why not have them do the simple 2 minute reset while I was there. Well, I was charged $89 labor for exactly that plus the oil change charge. Not what I expected and was brushed off when questioning it. I will continue going there for the fast oil changes but nearly everything else I will either do myself or go to a friends auto shop."

"Wanted an estimate only. I did get a quote. But let them fix a brake light. Ended up with a big bill and told them i had a shop already quoted me for $20 than they billed me for looking at it, the other shop would've had it fixed!!! Unreasonable!"
