"Very poor phone manners!! Called to ask if they carried Canadian Export A. The person that answered said "NOPE" and hung up. Probelm here was if they didn't carry the Export wanted to know if they either ha Camel Turkish Gold or Dunhill Blue in stock. Didn't get the chance as he hung up, no goodbye, nothing! WOW!! Will Not be going there in the future, sad as it's only a few minute drive away."

"so my friends highly recommended me to stop by at mister smokes. I was in search of some zob glass. I took a look and found the bong i was looking for. They gave me a 20% off on the bong since i was a new customer. There customer service was really great. This place wasn't like other places. This place really makes sure you walk out happy. "This shop is just about as straightforward as any other. They come a dime a dozen and often have decent products at semi-steep prices. I have been cut a deal before [after buying over $150, which doesn't say much] but I've also been upsold and had to walk out. Be firm in your purchases when you come here because they will try to sell you whatever they got going on and don't seem to care if you're getting quality glass."
