"I placed an order for some boots on Sunday night and went off their size guide, the next day I called them to change the order to a smaller size or to just cancel the order and I would reorder with the updated size. I called their customer service and explained this they said even though the status had not changed for the order it was too late to cancel or change, but when they did arrive I could exchange them. I needed the boots so I asked if I placed another order would there be any issue returning them they said no, I figured since they have an exchange policy this would be comprable since I did get a pair of boots, called today to initiate the return and to my surprise I have to pay for return shipping… there was no way around they said even though I bought another pair of boots from them, so for $15 they lost a customer."

"This has got to be the most unprofessional business that I have ever reviewed. I honestly have no idea how they are actually in business. I ordered a $400 pair of boots in November the beginning of November I have been fighting tooth and nail just to receive what I paid for .since then It has been a hell of a battle and I I'm not going to lie I'm losing .I still have not received any boots now they are accusing me of trying to scam boots I guess. I honestly don't know what to do they will not refund my money they will not give me a pair of boots I mean the winners almost over. I work for a very large development company and I've already turned away about 400 people. This company should be out of business today. They should also be held responsible for stealing people's money and then accusing them of doing just the same. If there is anybody from this company reading these please contact me because I am completely done ,and I will continue to bash your company to protect the hardworking people like me from getting robbed from you."

"Absolutely horrible I will never let my son buy his boots here again. We opened his box and his Chippewa boots were scuffed up on the heal on the sides and creased the soles are dirty and like someone wore them. And one boot the laces on one boot was laced into the holes at top. Very shady you buy NEW BOOTS AND GET ISED ONES"

"Don’t buy anything from these guys. I too wish I would’ve search Google for these reviews because I wouldn’t waste of my time or money. I bought a pair of boots September 16 I did not receive them till October 6. Once I got them the boots felt a little uncomfortable but I figure they needed to be broken in. Sometimes that happens and then after a week they begin to feel better. These were a pair Chippewa boots. After wearing them for three days they did not feel any better. Since I wore them they will not return them. Midwest boots will except them back just to send to Chippewa to see if there is a defect. This is a 3 to 6 week process and there is no guarantee I will get a replacement or a refund. I actually gave Midwest boots a one star review on there website via the email they gave me and just received another email today thanking me for a five star review. Weird"
