"I was a customer with them for 3 years. Customer service left much to be desired, but i held on feeling as though i had no choice. We had signed up for the company to maintain the system monthly. They never provided any maintenance and stated that the delivery. Then we would have malfunctions and had to have a tech come out. He stated that the delivery man was not to do any maintenance on the systems. This was a constant problem. We had a water test that came back with total colliform and i was tested positive for e coli. They have yet to come out to check the system and that was on tuesday. We have been forced. Culligan refuses to take any liability on the jssue and refuses to do anything. I will never go to culligan again."
