"Just bought a 2010 ford focus there for low price and 150k miles. Nothing wrong with the car except a few scratches and one rip in the seat. There was a small concern with the car, we reported it, and they fixed it right away. They are really nice and have good service. I had to drive it 130 miles after that and it was working well the whole time."

"The dealer herself was very nice. They sold me a car that didn’t have air-conditioning so they said they’d fix it. I got it back for two days and it quit working again. So then they had it for one week and said they replaced everything and it quit again after a few days. Ended up it was just a tube leak. Now after a month of it working it has stopped working again. I feel like they just put a Band-Aid on it they told me they didn’t just to be done with it. I have now requested a email of everything that they replaced on it so I can take it to an actual mechanic that knows how to work on cars because the one they have does not know anything. I traded in a truck that everything worked on and everything was fine on and they sold for $1600 more than they gave me. The reason for the trade in was because of soaring gas prices. I will never go back to this place again"

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. They're dishonest about their vehicles conditions and they try to screw you when you bring it to there attention. We purchased a vehicle from them and their "vehicle checklist" stated everything had been checked over and there was no issues with it. We proceeded to get gas and take the vehicle home. Over night all the gas had leaked out of the tank. There was a huge hole in the gas tank. We brought it back and they were very happy to get it fixed for us. It took about... a week to get the vehicle back. A week later, the engine starts acting up... they we very very rude about this. Trying to say it was our fault and not their problem and if we wanted it fixed we would have to pay for it. Eventually the issues solved itself and they did put a new engine in the vehicle, but it was such a horrible experience.... Just beware of anything you purchase from them. Make sure you have someone else look it over before you get serious about buying. Yes it might be a used car dealership, but the fact that they lie about the conditions of the vehicles they are selling... that's potentially dangerous."
