"I am currently doing a taco tour and trying to find the best chips and salsa, steak taco and lime margarita, which are being graded on a 1-5 scale. When my child is with they rate the chicken tacos. Currently the tour is at #16 El Dorado located at 2545 Manitowoc Rd (It doesn’t show up on Facebook) Chips and salsa - Chips are very hearty and lightly salted. The salsa was very fresh and had a great kick - 4 Lime Margarita on the rocks - Really good, you could definitely drink several of these. Not sour and not too to sweet. It has a great balance - 4 Steak Taco: Flavor: 5 Fullness: 5 Appearance: 5 The meat was very flavorful plus they hand make their tortillas which were amazing! Chicken Taco: Flavor: 4 Fullness: 5+ Appearance: 5 Flavor was good, but there was so much meat that the taco was quite dense which made it come off dry even though it wasn’t. But overall Lilli said the taco was great. Service - 5 - The server was great. "Stopped in for dinner with a group of 6, including 2 kids. My wife enjoyed her chimichanga and I loved the El Dorado burrito. Definitely recommend that. My buddy got some kind of a meat and cheese/queso dip, and that was really tasty. The kids were happy. Quick turnaround on the food. Good service. Gonna try one of their burgers next time."

"Food was so good! I got a tostada and enchilada plate with steak and chicken. Yummy! Just enough spice and flavor packed a good savory meal. Horchatta was alright, homemade. Food came out quickly, was fresh and hot. Salsa was a little spicy, which I like and the chips were warm and a little salty. Overall I plan to go back and enjoy another meal here!"

"What a lunch! With enough left over for another. Our waiter was as challenged with English as we were with Spanish. I had the EL DORADO BURRITO. So tasty. My partner had the seafood chimmi. His plant is cleaned, and my BURRITO half will be another meal. While the road to the restaurant is under construction, it was well worth the detour to find it. Go and enjoy!"

"I loved the birria tacos I had! The rest of our party said their food was ok. They didn't enjoy their margaritas because they were barely blended and more of a frothed margarita. The staff was friendly. There was a musty smell in the restaurant so I wouldn't eat in again but I would consider getting takeout."
