"The facility is incredible. My son absolutely enjoyed the day care. However, getting him to day care from school is the reason this place is getting a one star review. My son was enrolled in the after school program. For a total of 11 days. He was actually sick for three so a total of 8 days. On Dec 12, 2023 I picked him up and he was uncontrollably crying. Was in fact, too afraid to tell me what was going on while in the building. Turns out the driver that picks the kids up from school and takes them to day care was being verbally aggressive with my son. When I address the staff about it, they were helpful and pointed me in the right direction to figure out what had transpired. I spoke to the bus driver about the incident and she stated that she did not yell or was firm with my son. That she was actually "looking out for him" On Dec 14th, 2023 at noon I came in for a meeting with the director of kids in the go. I expressed to her how visibly scared my son was to get back in the van and that another parent did confirm that she does raise her voice and is a too firm with the children. The Director than told me that the bus driver had admitted that she was firm with my son, but she didn't "yell". Due to all this information I thought it was best that I immediately take my son out of this facility because of this driver. I felt it was no longer safe for my son to be around her. A week later after our meeting (Dec 20th 2023) new details about the incident were brought to my attention. When I asked my son about it, he expressed to me that the driver slammed on the breaks, parked the car and made him sit in front next to her. My son was hugging his backpack as a coping mechanism and putting his head against it crying, she then grabbed his backpack and threw it back against the window. It wasn't the first time she had taken his backpack from him or yelled at him. This explains why my son prior to taking him out of day care asked for us to pick him up from school and drop him off instead of this woman picking him up. Also explains why he was visibly shaken up before I picked him up. She's dangerous around children and has no patience. It's absurd to me that she's known for being firm with Kids instead of loving and caring like the rest of the facility. I only know her as Ms.T the "driver" I have taken the necessary steps to contact the CCLD (community care licensing division) and filed a complaint. It's unfortunate because it's not the daycare who I have a concern with. It's this specific person. Due to the fact that she works there I have to file a complaint against the entire day care."

"From the very beginning of my arrival into California this place had provided me such great assistance. I arrived in the middle of Covid Jan 21 in which not many daycares were accepting new children, but towards the end of February I got a call stating that they would soon start accepting new kids. From the beginning Mrs Lynn had been extremely helpful assisting with all the required paperwork. I’m grateful to have Ms. Carol and Ms. Cristina as my kids teacher, both ladies taught my girls a lot and loved them as their own. Additionally the entire staff is caring and professional. If we didn’t have to relocate my children would still receive care there."

"If I had to say one great thing about kids on the go, it would be if you have a preschool kids please ENSURE they are in the Dino class with Ms. Carol. She has enhanced our child's intelligence on top of what we have done at home. She give them homework and teaches them different languages. I absolutely love the way she moldes the children of the future and she loves doing it."

"Kids on the Go was such an awesome experience! I can't thank the staff enough for embracing both of my kids. Given the challenges from last year, they did an awesome job maintaining the same standards throughout the facility. My son started here when he was 2. He had some speech and behavior delays. Once he got established, he improved significantly. He felt safe, embraced by staff/friends, supported and super loved. Seeing all these wonderful improvements; his sister enrolled when she turned two. Kids on the Go never disappointed us. They continued to love our kids throughout the years. If it wasn't for my son starting Kinder this school year - he will still be at KOTG. With age comes changes! In all sincerity, THNAK YOU to Ms. Lynn, Kristen, Denise and Ms. Carol - you ladies are the village that I needed. Words are not enough! Highly recommend!"
