"Nice location. I came in early in the morning. I order my usual a #24. The service was ok and my food fresh and delicious. I did asked for it to dine in. When I got my order it was placed in a bag. I asked the lady if I could have a tray as it is easier to eat when dining in. She said all the trays were dirty. I went in to use the restroom it was filthy as well of some of your floor in the restaurant. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned from the night before. Overall my experience was ok. I will definitely give it a 2nd try as this location is convenient for me. Thank you."

"Ordered a meat lovers burrito combo with hash brown. Service was friendly and speedy with a smile. Establishment was clean and well kept. Food was nice and warm when I got it. JACK is always a go to place for me any time of day"

"Don't go to this JBX, got my order and drove home just to find out they forgot some of my food. Then when I went back they already knew they messed up my order. A slice of cheesecake doesn't rectify the fact that my order was messed up, and I had to drive back to get my food."

"Food takes forever, and I asked the cashier for the bathroom code she sighed and gave it to me with a bad attitude (and wrong). Didn't even bother to ask again. The restaurant just got remodeled it looks nice but you should remodel the employees attitudes as well."
