"We went here on my birthday. The food was excellent, fresh and a good variety of choices. Easily the best hot pot I have ever had. The staff are super nice and attentive. The place is roomy and clean."

"Went on a week night alone. Servers were attentive and helpful explaining the ordering system. Meat and seafood was fresh. Not as many vegetarian options with some items out of stock. Sauce bar had squeeze bottles to prevent cross contamination of allergens. Glad they look at the reviews and make improvements! I would definitely recommend coming here and bringing a few friends! "Vest hot pot in Madison hands down! It's a bit pricey but 100% worth it! The all-you-can-eat has a ton of options. Everything comes out crazy fast. The little robots are very cute. I love that soda is included as well as ice cream. The mushroom and medium spicy broths were excellent. It is also very straightforward so if you haven't done hot pot before it's easy to understand. Also this is the first hot pot place I went to where you didn't walk out stinking like soup."

The Fairly All You Can Eat price includes soft drinks, ice creams, and desserts. You can choose up to three soup bases from their seven options, so you get a chance to try most of the soup bases you want. All the food is fresh and prepared quickly for us. The servers are friendly and patient with every customer."
