"So, as I was walking in, a sad little man was being rude for no reason to the staff, and they handled it like a champ. Then they took my order and I got my order in minutes. This is a Great Cousins sub shop, in my opinion. As for the loud rude customer, I was loud back, and he walked out without replying to me. Sadly, sometimes staff make mistakes. Yelling doesn't solve it."
